Hotel Reservations
The 6th Annual National Veteran Small Business Conference and Expo will take place at:

Attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors can book hotel rooms directly with the Caesars Palace via their online reservation system (direct web links are provided below) or by calling the reservations office toll free at 1-(866) 227-5944 on or before the cut-off date, Tuesday, June 22, 2010. When making reservations over the phone you must tell the agent the Group Code to reserve a room and receive the discounted room rates.

Rooms are only guaranteed at the group rate between Monday, July 19 and Friday, July 23, 2010 as long as contracted rooms are still available. If you would like to extend your stay before and/or after those dates, you may book additional nights at the hotel rate. Please ask the agent when calling or click the nights when booking online to add the nights to your reservation.
Please Note: You must be registered for the conference in order to receive the group room rate at Caesar’s Palace.

* Government attendees requesting the per diem hotel room rate must meet the following requirements: Must be active duty military or government personnel and must be able to provide a current government ID upon check-in. Retirees and non-government personnel are not eligible to receive the per diem hotel room rate. Civilian contractors traveling on government orders must provide a statement of authorization on letterhead from the office which he/she is representing. This authorization must be presented to the agent at check-in.

*** Triple/Quadruple Occupancy per room, per night.
Additional Person will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per person, per night for a maximum of four (4) persons per guestroom.
Cut-off for room reservations is TUESDAY, JUNE 22, 2010.
Other Instructions
- All reservations must provide a credit card number to guarantee the room. The credit card will not be charged until the date of arrival.
- It is a policy to require a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges.
- The hotel accepts Via, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diner’s Club.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Any departure after 11:00 a.m. is subject to the full day charge.
- Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest 21 years of age or older.
- Some suite upgrades may be available at a higher rate on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until check-in. Suite requests must be approved in advance by the Conference Team. Send an email with suite request information to info@nationalveteransconference.com. Government attendees are not eligible for suite upgrades.
Cancellation
- Caesars Palace allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guestroom reservations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendee’s scheduled arrival.
- Caesars Palace will charge the individual attendee one (1) night’s guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation with seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date.
- Any remaining nights of a “no show” will be canceled.

For information regarding flights, arrival and departure times, please contact your airline directly. McCarran International Airport is located approximately three miles (approximate driving time is 10 minutes) southeast of Caesars Palace.
Taxi Information
Taxicabs are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-4. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers.
Please note: Most taxis will not accept credit card payments. There is a $1.80 charge on all fares originating at the airport. The maximum number of passengers allowed in any taxi is five (5), including infants and children. Approximate cost between McCarran International Airport and Caesars Palace ranges between $15.00 and $20.00.
Shuttles/Limousine Service Information
A variety of shuttle/limousine services are available at McCarran, and are located on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 7-13. Please note that there are both group shuttle and "for-hire" stretch limousine services. A list is provided below of all shuttle/limo services available at McCarran International Airport.
